📦 Processing Times

• Made-to-Order Items (like custom coveralls): Please allow 1–2 weeks for us to create and prepare your item before shipping.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: These will ship out within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, or Express, depending on the shipping option you select at checkout.

🚚 Shipping Times (Once Shipped)

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

• USPS Express Mail: 1–2 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

📬 Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Soulshine Textiles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but if something goes missing, reach out—we’re happy to help guide you through filing a claim with USPS.
